Partner with Us Page: Showcasing Impact Through Partnership

Organisation: Drinkaware
Role: UX Designer (collaborating across Marketing, Content, and Business Development)

Overview

The "Partner with Us" web page was designed to showcase Drinkaware’s collaborations with external organisations. Aimed at current and prospective partners, the page highlights the impact of joint initiatives and supports wider business development goals. I worked across teams to align design, messaging, and functionality—creating a scalable page that can grow with future content and engagement opportunities.

Problem/ Challenge

Before this project, Drinkaware lacked a dedicated space to showcase partnership case studies. As a result:

  • Existing partners had no central place to see their contributions recognised

  • Potential partners had limited visibility into what collaboration with Drinkaware could look like

  • The Business Development team lacked a digital asset to support outreach and funding conversations

The challenge was to create a clear, compelling, and flexible web page that could support multiple stakeholders and evolve over time—despite limited initial content and staggered input from teams.

Discovery & Stakeholder Collaboration

I began by facilitating discussions with the Marketing, Communications, and Business Development teams to align on goals and understand user needs. Key discovery activities included:

  • Stakeholder interviews to define the page’s purpose and audience

  • Competitor analysis to explore how similar organisations structure partnership content

  • Identifying content gaps and resource needs early in the process

This phase clarified the need for a clear and engaging structure that could adapt as new case studies and materials became available.

Research & Ideation

Using insights from discovery, I designed a page concept that:

  • Broke down the different types of partnerships clearly

  • Highlighted case studies in an approachable, scrollable layout

  • Included flexible content blocks for future enhancements

To support content development, I delivered a clear framework with prompts for required assets—such as existing videos/ imagery, statistics, and copy—ensuring alignment between content and layout.

As the project progressed, I also recommended future improvements, such as restructuring the “About Us” section to support clearer navigation and embedding richer media formats to boost engagement.

Implementation & Iteration

Though not led by the digital team, I proactively created the page design and supported the content development process. After an initial delay due to content team capacity, the project was picked up again with a new content writer.

I reviewed the initial copy draft against our content model and design, ensuring it maintained clarity and met the objectives. We collaborated to make minor layout tweaks and confirm readiness for CMS build once final approvals were secured.
